REFUND POLICY:
All service Package sales and gift card sales are final.
Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. In some situations, a restocking fee will be charged.
You must show a receipt as proof of purchase for Gift Cards lost.
Refunds will be issued in Store credit only. Store credit must be used the same day as the return. PACKAGES will be refunded in store credit only. If you change your mind on a package you purchased you can change the services to best suit your needs. Packages will not be refunded in cash, credit or gift card.
At Flawless Skin Studio discretion, you must show a receipted for returns accompanied by a photo ID may qualify to receive a gift card for the lowest selling price. All returns are subject to system verification.
